Anna C. Catalano

I am a board director, advisor, and speaker. With over 40 years in the corporate world, including more than half of that time as an independent director, I influence and guide leaders on matters of governance and leadership that impact shareholders, employees, customers, and communities.

As a lifelong learner, I have a particular interest in developing effective boards and leadership teams that stretch organizations to innovate and influence with purpose.

A graduate of the University of Illinois, I have been recognized on Fortune’s ranking of “The Most Powerful Women in International Business”, Directors and Boards “Directors to Watch”, Women Inc “Most Influential Board Directors”, and BoardProspects “Top 30 AAPI Directors in the US”.

I’m a wife, a mother, a grandmother, and tremendously dedicated to the importance of family and connections. I believe the values that bring fulfillment in our personal lives help keep us grounded as leaders of organizations.
